The Windy Point Clubhouse is available for Rental most any time throughout the year—even when the pool is closed. From Memorial Day to Labor Day the pool can be rented for private parties or special party rates are available for your non member guests.

While birthday parties are the most common rentals, we are also a great location for a community or club meeting, family reunion, card night, bunco group, wedding rehearsal or reception, or anytime you need a location for a group. The clubhouse has heat and air conditioning, and we have tables and chairs, a refrigerator and freezer, a sink, microwave and coffee makers, and indoor restrooms.

2.5 hours $30

4 hours $50

4-6 hours $75

6 hours $115

There is a $100 damage and cleaning deposit that is refunded after the facility is inspected.

If you would like to include Pool Admission for non member guests the price is $3.00 per guest with the clubhouse rental. Without the clubhouse rental, the price is $5.00 per person. Please let the Clubhouse Rental Liaison know when you plan to host any party or large group at the pool, so adequate staffing can be in place.

Private Parties after Pool Hours are available from the pool closing time until 11:00pm.

Facility Rental Charge: $50 per hour PLUS Lifeguard Fees of $105/$135* per hour up to 25 guests.

Over 25 guests add $35/$45* per hour for each additional 25 guests.

*price if alcohol will be present
