Hoping the weather is dry and sunny and we’ll see
everyone at the pool this weekend! Membership cards will be available for
pick-up at the pool desk this weekend, and next (see hours below). Cards may
also be picked up at Lisa’s house during the week…just call ahead to make
certain someone is home (874-0473).
cards must be signed for as they represent your investment in the pool. The
stockholding member should be the one to sign. If the stockholder is not
available, a epresentative who is 15 yo or older may pick up the cards…just
send a SIGNED note with the representative stating he/she has your
permission to pick up your cards.

Volunteers are needed to cover the pool desk during peak hours. Volunteer
responsibilities include checking membership ID’s, accepting guest fees and
signing guests in, and on occasion volunteers may be asked to help with
concession sales. Members 15 and up (adults included and encouraged!!) are
needed. When no one is at the desk to keep watch, people who should not be
there and/or people who should be paying and don’t slip through the cracks
and the pool loses money. So, PLEASE consider giving back to the pool this

Don’t forget: High school students can use the
hours toward the civic award on their diplomas.
The position of Volunteer Coordinator is a new
Board position for 2013. The Volunteer Coordinator recruits and coordinates
volunteers for various pool needs including desk coverage, mowing and
general clean-up days, and assists other committee chairmen in developing
their volunteer lists. Please consider stepping up to take this position and
have a voice on the Board.
